1. Scope of Application

These Purchase Terms apply to all digital services, consulting, and automated solutions offered through Astra Intellect LLC. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions in full.

2. Services Provided

Astra Intellect offers fully remote services including, but not limited to:

  • Industrial process consulting
  • Digital strategy and e-commerce optimization
  • Administrative and financial automation using AI tools

All services are tailored to each client’s needs and delivered online through secure channels.

3. Ordering Process

To initiate a service, customers may contact us via our website, email, or request a tailored quote. Once terms are agreed upon, a formal proposal and timeline will be issued.

A service agreement or invoice must be accepted in writing before work begins.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in USD and may vary depending on the complexity and scope of the service.
Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the start of the project and reflected in the invoice.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal
  • Stripe (credit/debit card)

No services will be rendered until the initial agreed deposit (if applicable) has been received.

5. Delivery and Deadlines

Delivery times will be established individually for each project and confirmed in the service agreement.
Astra Intellect commits to delivering within the agreed timeframes, barring unforeseen technical or external issues.

6. Modifications and Cancellations

Clients may request changes to the project scope. Depending on the stage of development, these changes may involve additional charges.

Cancellation by the client after work has begun may result in partial or full billing, depending on the progress made.

7. Warranty and Responsibility

Astra Intellect guarantees the quality of its services in accordance with current digital standards and agreed specifications.

However, we are not liable for:

  • External system failures beyond our control
  • Client misuse or misinterpretation of delivered tools or reports
  • Damages resulting from third-party modifications

8. Confidentiality

All client data and project-related information will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All tools, reports, and code developed by Astra Intellect remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for internal purposes only.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Purchase Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
